1. Meeting Called To Order in Open Session
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order in Open Session.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Employment Matter, 10.2(4)(b,f,g,j) 1.2 Approval of
Minutes 10.2(4); 1.3 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.4 Scheduling a Committee of the Whole Meeting;
1.5 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.6 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.7 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.8 Personal
Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.9 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.10 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.11
Common Council Appointments; 1.12 Employment Matter.
