1. Meeting Called To Order in Open Session
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order in Open Session
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Saint John Hotel
Association; 1.3 Saint John Police Commission; 1.4 By -Law Enforcement Teach -In; 1.5
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on October 28, 2013 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Saint John Hotel
Association; 1.3 Saint John Police Commission; 1.4 By -Law Enforcement Teach -In; 1.5
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j).
