1.1(a) Meeting Called To Order in Open Session
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order in Open Session.
On motion of Deputy Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that a Committee of the Whole closed session
meeting be scheduled on Monday November 4th in the 8th floor boardroom of City Hall.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
1.1(b) Meeting Called to Order in Closed Session
On motion of Councillor MacKenzie
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the meeting be convened in closed session
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter
