1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2.Discussion of Meeting Schedule
In open session, Committee of the Whole discussed item 11.3 Bi- Weekly Council Meetings
(Councillor Strowbridge) from the regular Council meeting of October 7, 2013.
3. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Strowbridge
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Legal Opinion
10.2(4)(f); 1.3 Draft Zoning Bylaw; 1.4 Discussion items; 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.6
Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f); 1.7 Labour Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.8 Update - Prior Flooding Rothesay

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on October 7th, 2013 was
open to the public for discussion of item 2. Discussion of Meeting Schedule, and closed to the
