The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c); 1.3 ByLaw Violations (Councillor Strowbridge); 1.4 Property Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.5
Pest Control ByLaw (Councillor Fullerton); 1.6 Executing Documents by Mayor / Deputy Mayor

Question being taken, the motion was carried.
