Be it enacted by the Common Council of Lors dune reunion du conseil communal,
The Citv of Saint John as follows: The Citv of Saint John a decrete cc qui suit :
1 A by -lativ of The Citv of Saint John
entitled, "A By -law Respecting The Stopping Up
and Closing of Highways In The Citv of Saint
John ", enacted on the nineteenth day of December,
A.D. 2005, is hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 234 immediately after Section 233 thereof,
as follows:
234 The Citv of Saint John does hereby stop
up and close permanently the follotiving highway
DEPOT COURT: All that portion of Depot
Court, a public street in the City of Saint John in
the County of Saint John and Province of Nevv
Brunswick, comprising 491 square metres as
shotivn on a Plan of Survev titled, "Plan of Survev
Showing portion of Depot Court, City of Saint
John, Saint John County, N.B. ", prepared by
Iierstead Quigley and Roberts Ltd. and dated
March 13, 2013, and attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Citv of Saint John
has caused the Corporate Common Seal of the said
Citv to be affixed to this by -lati-, the 10th day of
June, A.D. 2013 and signed by:

est modifie par Pajout de Particle 234
immediatement apres Particle 233, comme suit :

COUR DEPOT: Toute la pantie de la cour Depot,
une rue publique dans The Citv of Saint John,
comte de Saint John, dans la province du Nouveau -
Brunsvvick, d'une superficie d'environ 491 m2
comme le montre le plan d'arpentage intitule « Plan
d'arpentage indiquant une pantie de la cour Depot,
Citv of Saint John, comte de Saint John, Nouveau -
Brunsvvick », prepare par Iierstead Quigley and
Roberts Ltd. et date du 13 mars 2013, ci joint.
