1. Meetinq Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
On motion of Councillor Reardon
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Rinehart
RESOLVED that a legal matter 10.2(4)(f) regarding the application and
enforcement of Section 39 Conditions be added to the agenda for discussion in closed session.
Question being taken, the motion was carried
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that a legal matter 10.2(4)(f) regarding the 1996 Agreement
Respecting Supply of Water to Kennebecasis Park be added to the agenda for discussion in
closed session.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Reardon
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Legal Matter
10.2(4)(f); 1.3 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.4 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.5 Legal Matter
10.2(4)(f); and 1.6 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f).
Question being taken, the motion was carried
