Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

1. Meetinq Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter
10.2(4)(d); and 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f) with the addition of items 1.4 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c) regarding an update on P3, and 1.5 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f) regarding an update on
the plan text for the Shared Risk Pension Plan, to the agenda; and further than item 1.3 be
moved forward on the agenda.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on May 13, 2013 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d);
1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c) and 1.5 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f).
