The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter
10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.5 Agreement 10.2(4)(f);
1.6 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.7 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.8 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b);
1.9 New Brunswick Electoral Boundaries
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
