of The Citv of Saint John enacted on the third day
of Januarv, 2006, is amended bv:

Le conseil communal de The Citv of Saint John
decrete cc qui suit :
Uarrete concernant la contribution pour
1'amelioration des affaires de The Citv of Saint
John decrete le 3 janvier 2006 est modifie par :
1 Repealing section 2 thereof and inserting 1 1'abrogation de Particle 2 aux presentee et
the folloNving: 1'ajout du texte qui suit
2 A levy- of 16 cents for each one hundred
dollars of assessed value is hereby imposed for
2013 upon non - residential property within the
Business Improvement Area established by By -law
No. BIA -1 Business Improvement Area By -law
enacted on the 5"' day of Januaiy, 2004.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
has caused the Common Seal of the said City to be
affixed to this by -law the 21" day of Januaiy, A.D.

16 cents par tranche de cent dollars par rapport a la
valeur fixee est imposee pour 1'annee 2013 sur les
immeubles non residentiels situes a 1'interieur de la
zone d'amelioration des affaires etablie en vertu de
1'Arrete n° BIA -1 relatif a la zone d'amelioration
des affaires edicte le 5 janvier 2004.
