Subject: Committee of the Whole—Scheduling of a Council Meeting
The Committee of the Whale, having met on February 18, 2013, approved the following
recommendation:
"RESOLVED that as recommended by the Committee of the Whole, an open session of
Comman Councif be scheduled on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 4:34 p.m. in the Cauncil
Chamber for the purpose of an information session with Price Waterhouse Cooper regarding the
P3 process followed by a closed session of Cammon Council at 5:30 p.m_ in the 8t" fioor
boardroom at City Hall."

Subject: Committee of the Whole—Candidates/Alternate Trustees— Shared Risk
Pension Plan
The Committee of the Whole, having met on February 18, 2013, approved the following
recommendations:
"RESOLVED that as recomrnended by the Committee of the Whole, Schedule "B" of the
Agreement and Declaration of Trust approved by Common Councif at its meeting of January
28in, 2013 be amended by deleting the three names identified therein as alternate trustees
appointed by the City of Saint John."
"RESOLVED that as recommended by the Committee of the Whole, Cheryl Nolan be appointed
as alternate trustee to the Board of Trustees of the Saint John Shared Risk Plan (SRP)for a
four year term commencing February 15t, 2013.'
