Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

Fudge, Assistant Comptroller; P. Ouellette, Intergovernmental Affairs Coordinator; J.
Taylor, Assistant Common Clerk; J. Beltrandi Chown, Administrative Assistant.
The Committee of the Whole meeting, convened in public earlier this date proceeded to deal
with the following matters:
1. Meetinq Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2
Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.4 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b);
1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c,e); 1.6 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); and 1.7 Personal Matter
10.2(4)(b).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on February 18, 2013 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.4 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.5 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c,e); 1.6 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); and 1.7 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b).
