Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order
Responding to a question, Mr. Nugent provided the opinion that it is appropriate to discuss Item
1.1 Personal Matter in a closed session of Council, adding that it requires a fuller discussion
than could be undertaken in open session.
On motion of Councillor Fullerton
Seconded by Councillor Reardon
RESOLVED that the letter submitted with respect to Item 1.1 Personal Matter
be added to the closed session agenda as item 1.1 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Reardon
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.2
Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.3 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on January 28, 2013 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.2 Approval of Minutes
10.2(4); 1.3 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b)
