1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Letter from Assistant Common Clerk entitled
Performance Review — Senior Officers; 1.2 Committee of the Whole Resolution of Aug 30, 2010
and Evaluation Process; 1.3 Various Resolutions regarding Performance Reviews; 1.4 Personnel
Matter 10.2(4)(b,j) - Performance Review for City Solicitor; 1.5 Personnel Matter 10.2(4)0) -
Performance Review for Commissioner of Finance.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on November 21, 2012
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
