Merrithew, Norton, Reardon, Snook and Strowbridge

1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
Councillor McAlary discussed plans for the Mayor's levee to be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00
p.m. in the Ludlow Room on January 1St, 2013.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Rinehart
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Employment
Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.5 Legal
Matter 10.2(4)(f); and 1.6 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b) with the addition of items as listed by the
Mayor: 1.7 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f) 1.8 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.9 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c);
and 1.10 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on December 17, 2012
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
