The Committee of the Whole meeting, convened in public earlier this date, proceeded to deal
with the following matters: 1.0 Letter from Common Clerk entitled Performance Review — Senior
Officer; 1. Committee of the Whole Resolution of August 30, 2010 and Evaluation Process; 2.
Various Resolutions Regarding Performance Reviews; 3. Personnel Matter 10.2(4)(b,j) —
Performance Review for City Manager; 4. Personnel Matter 10.2(4)(b,j) — Performance Review
for Common Clerk
1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Norton
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Letter from Common Clerk entitled Performance
Review — Senior Officer; 1. Committee of the Whole Resolution of August 30, 2010 and
Evaluation Process; 2. Various Resolutions Regarding Performance Reviews; 3. Personnel
Matter 10.2(4)(b,j) — Performance Review for City Manager; 4. Personnel Matter 10.2(4)(b,j) —
Performance Review for Common Clerk
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
