Be it enacted by the Common Council of Lors dune reunion du conseil communal,
The Citv of Saint John as follows: The Citv of Saint John a decrete cc qui suit :
1 A by -lativ of The Citv of Saint John
entitled, "A By -law Respecting The Stopping Up
and Closing of Highways In The Citv of Saint
John ", enacted on the nineteenth day of December,
A.D. 2005, is hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 233 immediately after Section 232 thereof,
as follows:
233 The Citv of Saint John does hereby stop
up and close permanently the following portion of
highway:
MARKET PLACE: All that portion of Market
Place, a public street in the City of Saint John in the
Countv of Saint John and Province of Nevv
Brunswick, comprising 785m2 as shoN -,n on a Plan
of Survey titled, "Portion of Market Place (also
known as Winslow Street), Market Place, Citv of
Saint John, County of Saint John, N.B. ", prepared
by Genivar and dated October 4, 2012 attached
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Citv of Saint John
has caused the Corporate Common Seal of the said
Citv to be affixed to this by -lati-, the 3rd day of
December, A.D. 2012 and signed by:
