1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Norton
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.1 a) Property
Matter 10.2(4)(f,g); 1.1 b) Property Matter 10.2(4(c,g); 1.2 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f); 1.3 Legal
Opinion 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Peronal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.5 Land Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.6 Financial
