1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Personnel Matter
10.2(4)(j); 1.3 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.5 Potential Litigation
10.2(4)(b,g); 1.6 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f,g); 1.7 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(c,f,g); 1.8 Land Matter

Question being taken, the motion was carried with Deputy Mayor Chase and Councillors Farren,
Norton and Snook voting nay.
