The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McGuire
Seconded by Councillor Snook
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(j); 1.1 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.1a,b,c) Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3
Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f,g); 1.4 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on March 12, 2012 was
