HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF SAINT
JOHN

Be it enacted by the Common Lors d'une réunion du conseil
Council of The City of Saint John as communal, The City of Saint John a
follows: décrété ce qui suit:
1 A by -law of The City of Saint John
entitled, "A By -law Respecting The
Stopping Up and Closing of Highways In
The City of Saint John ", enacted on the
nineteenth day of December, A.D. 2005, is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section
224 immediately after Section 223 thereof,
as follows:
224 The City of Saint John does hereby
stop up and close permanently the
following portion of highway:
LUDLOW STREET: All that portion of
Ludlow Street, a public street on the
western side of the Harbour in the City of
Saint John, County of Saint John and
Province of New Brunswick, being sixty
(60) feet wide, more or less, and lying
between the northern sideline of Riverview
Drive, formerly Water Street and Saint
John Harbour. See City of St. (sic) John
Survey Sheet No. 81 dated January 1St
1926 signed by Gilbert G. Murdoch,
Deputy Land Surveyor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by -law the 27th day of February,
A.D. 2012 and signed by:

1 Par les présentes, l'arrêté de The
City of Saint John intitulé, «L'arrêté sur
l'interruption de la circulation et la
fermeture des routes dans The City of Saint
John », décrété le 19 décembre 2005, est
modifié par l'ajout de l'article 224
immédiatement après l'article 223, comme
suit:
224 Par les présentes, The City of Saint
John barre et ferme de façon permanente la
portion d'une route suivante :
RUE LUDLOW: La totalité d'une partie
de la rue Ludlow, une rue publique située
ouest du Port dans The City of Saint John,
comté de Saint John et province de
Nouveau - Brunswick, ayant une largeur de
plus ou moins soixante (60) pieds étant
entre le côté nord de la promenade
Riverview, antérieurement la rue Water, et
le Port de Saint John. Voir le plan
d'arpentage désigné City of St. (sic) John
Survey Sheet No. 81, signé par Gilbert G.
Murdoch, Arpenteur- géomètre adjoint, daté
du 01 janvier 1926.
EN FOI DE QUOI, The City of Saint John
a fait apposer son sceau communal sur le
présent arrêté le 27 février 2012, avec les
