1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McGurie
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0a,b) Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1. Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.1 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.2 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.3 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.5 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f)
Question being taken, the motion was carried with Councillor Titus voting nay.
