1. Meetinq Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
1(a) MunicipalOperations
Referring to a submitted presentation, P. Groody, presented the 2009 General Fund Operating
budget for the City of Saint John's Municipal Operations department.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that Council convene in Committee of the
Whole on December 13, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. to hear budget deliberations.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Adjournment
The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 11:40 p.m.
