1. Meetinq Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
Referring to a submitted agenda, Mr. Beckett conducted the first segment of a priority
setting workshop leading toward the establishment of Council's top priorities for the next
four years.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m., to be reconvened Saturday, September 13, 2008 at
9:00 a.m. in the Ludlow Room, 8th Floor City Hall.

The Mayor announced that the meeting which began on Friday evening, September 12,
2008 is reconvened and called the meeting to order.
Mr. Beckett continued to lead the Council in the workshop, ending at 3:30 p.m.

2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Killen
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter: Employment Matter(10.2(4)(b,j).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
