A BY -LAW TO AMEND
A BY -LAW RESPECTING THE
STOPPING UP AND CLOSING OF
HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF SAINT
JOHN
Be it enacted by the Common Council
of The City of Saint John as follows:
I A by -law of The City of Saint John
entitled, "A By -law Respecting The Stopping
Up and Closing of Highways In The City of
Saint John ", enacted on the nineteenth day of
December, A.D. 2005, is hereby amended by
adding thereto Section 220 immediately after
Section 219 thereof, as follows:
220 The City of Saint John does hereby
stop up and close permanently the following
portion of highway:
WATER STREET: All that portion of Water
Street, a public street in the City of Saint John,
in the County of Saint John, in the Province of
New Brunswick, comprising 645 square metres
as shown on a Plan of Survey titled, "Plan of
Survey Showing portion of Water Street, City
of Saint John, County of Saint John, Province
of New Brunswick ", prepared by Hughes
Surveys & Consultants Inc. and dated
September 8, 2011, attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint
John has caused the Corporate Common Seal
of the said City to be affixed to this by -law the
11th day of October, A.D. 2011 and signed by:

qui suit :
1 Par les presentes, 1' arrete de The City
of Saint John intitule, « L' arrete sur
l' interruption de la circulation et la fermeture
des routes dans The City of Saint John »,
decrete le 19 decembre 2005, est modifie par
l' aj out de 1' article 220 immediatement apres
1' article 219, comme suit:
220 Par les presentes, The City of Saint
John barre et ferme de fawn permanente la
portion d' une route suivante :
RUE WATER: La totalite d' une partie de la
rue Water, une rue publique situee dans The
City of Saint John, dans le comte de Saint John
et dans la province de Nouveau - Brunswick,
d'une superficie de 645 m2 etant designee plus
particulierement sur un plan d' arpentage
indiquant une partie de la rue Water, Ville de
Saint John, Comte de Saint John, Nouveau -
Brunswick, prepare par Hughes Surveys &
Consultants Inc., date le 8 septembre 2011 ci-
j oint.
EN FOI DE QUOI, The City of Saint John a
fait apposer son sceau communal sur le present
