A By-law of The City of Saint John
entitled "A By-law Respecting Water and
Sewerage", enacted on the 7* day of June, A.D.
2004, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Section I is amended by repealing the definition
of "Commissioner" and replacing it with the
following:
"Commissioner means the Commissioner of Saint
John Water or any person authorized by him/her
to act on his/her behalf. (commissaire)"
