This amounts to around 4,000 deaths a day or one every 20 seconds, and WHEREAS: it is projected that the world's slums will increase at a rate of 27 million new slum citizens per year between 2005 -2030, and WHEREAS: climate change and disasters will result in bigger migrations to urban areas, increasing the demand on urban water and sanitation systems, 4 NOW THEREFORE: I, Mayor Ivan Court �-- =J , of Saint John do hereby proclaim Tuesday, March 22, 2011, as World Water Day in the City of Saint John. All application forms must be submitted to the office of the Saint John Parking Commission, 11th Floor, City Hall Building, on or before April 22, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. 2. The appropriate notification box has been checked in Section A. 3. Section B has been properly filled out. 4. Application form MUST contain the following supporting documentation: • A copy of the Parking Violation ticket issued on January 23, 2011 or January 24, 2011 pursuant to the SaintJohn Traffic By -law; • A copy of the receipt showing that the Parking Violation ticket has been fully paid; • A copy of the receipt from the towing company showing amount paid for towing charge; and • Certificate of Vehicle Ownership issued by the Province of New Brunswick. 5.
