1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor Snook
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Approval of August 30, 2010 Minutes; 1.1
Approval of September 13, 2010 Minutes; 1.2 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.3 Employment
Matter 10.2(4)(b,j)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor Snook
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.4 Litigation 10.2(4)(b,c,g)
Question being taken, the motion was carried with Councillor Higgins voting nay.
