1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4);1.1 Disclosure of
Interest 10.2(4)(b); 1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Litigation 10.2(4)(f,g); 1.4 Employment
Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.5(a,b) Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
