The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Court
Seconded by Councillor Sullivan
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4);1.1 Employment
Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.2 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.3 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.4
Litigation 10.2(4)(g,b); 1.5 Potential Litigation 10.2(4)(g,b)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
