The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.1 a,b)
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 11.2 Police Headquarters and City Hall Building; 1.2 Land Matter
10.2(4)(c,d);1.3 Negotiations 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f,g),
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
