1. Meeting Called To Order
The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
1.0 Performance Management Program
Committee of the Whole Open Session
May 10, 2010
Referring to a submitted report, Councillor Sullivan briefly outlined the Performance
Management Program and the related evaluation process.
The City Manager noted that aspects of the submitted document need to be reviewed and
streamlined.
The City Solicitor commented that many items throughout the document will likely need to be
refined, corrected and solidified.
On motion of Councillor Sullivan
Seconded by Councillor Mott
RESOLVED that the submitted report entitled City of Saint John
Performance Management Program For Senior Management be tabled until May 25, 2010.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
On motion of Councillor Mott
Seconded by Councillor Higgins
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1(a,b) Approval of Minutes 10.2(4);
1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.3 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.4 Legal Opinion
