Stoppiug Up and Closiug of Highm-ays Iu
The Citv of Saint John", enacted on the
nineteenth dav of December, A.D. 2005, is
herebNT aiiiended bNT addiug thereto Section
211 immediatelv after Section 21( ) thereof,
as follows:
1 Par les présentes, l'arrêté de The
Citv of Saint John intitulé, « L'arrêté sur
l'iuterruption de la cllculation et la
fermeture des routes dans The Citv of Saint
Joln décrété le 19 décembre 2005, est
modifié par l'ajout de l'article 211
immédiatement après l'article 210, comme
suit :

portion of Kiug Street, CitNT of Saint Joln,
Saint John Countv, Nev, Bnins~-,°iclc",
prepared bv Hughes Sunevs & Consultants
Iuc. and dated March 24, 2010, attached
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Citv of
Saint Jolui has caused the Coiporate
Conuiion Seal of the said CitNT to be afûied
to this bN -la~-, the 29th dav of April, A.D.
