Be it enacted by the Conuiion Lors d'une reunion du conseil
Council of The Citv of Saint John as communal, The Citv of Saint John a
follovvs: decrete ce qui suit :
1 A bN -laN-, of The Citv of Saint John
entitled, "A BNT-1~N-,- Respecting The
Stoppiug Up and Closiug of Highways Iu
The Citv of Saint John", enacted on the
nineteenth dav of December, A.D. 2005, is
hereby aiiiended by addiug thereto Section
211 immediatelv after Section 21( ) thereof,
as follows:
1 Par les presentes, 1'arrete de The
Citv of Saint John intitule, « L'arrete sur
1'iuterruption de la cuculation et la
fermeture des routes dans The Citv of Saint
Joln decrete le 19 decembre 2005, est
modifie par 1'ajout de 1'article 211
immediatement apres 1'article 210, comme
suit :
The Citv of Saint John does herebv
stop up and close permanently the
followiug portion of lughway:
KING STREET: All that portion of Kiug
Street, a public street in the City of Saint
John in the Countv of Saint John and
Proviuce of New BrunsNN ick, comprisiug
1()9 square metres as shoN-,n on a Plan of
Survev titled, "Plan of Survev ShoNving a
portion of Kiug Street, City of Saint Joln,
Saint John Countv, Nevv Brunsvviclc",
prepared by Hughes Suneys & Consultants
Iuc. and dated March 24, 2010, attached
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Citv of
Saint Jolui has caused the Coiporate
Conuiion Seal of the said City to be affiied
to this bN -laN-, the 29th dav of April, A.D.
