SUR LE ZONAGE DE THE CITY OF
SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint Lors d'une reunion du conseil
John in Common Council convened, as communal, The City of Saint John a
follows: decrete ce qui suit:
The Zoning By-law of The City of L'arrete sur Ie zonage de The City
Saint John enacted on the nineteenth day of of Saint John, decrete Ie dix-neuf (19)
December, AD. 2005, is amended by: decembre 2005, est modi fie par:
1 Amending Schedule "A", the
Zoning Map of The City of Saint John, by
re-zoning a parcel of land located at 76
Coburg Street, having an area of
approximately 860 square metres, also
identified as being PID No. 00015545,
from "RM-IF" Multiple Residential Infill
to "B-2" General Business classification,
pursuant to a resolution adopted by
Common Council under Section 39 of the
Community Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by-law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by-law the 28 day of August, AD.
