In June of this year Council agreed to hold a Priority Setting Session which has been
scheduled for Friday, September 2 from 4pzn 9pm and Saturday, September 13 from
gam to 4prn.
The purpose of the session is for Council to collectively identify a practical number of
clear strategic priorities for neat four years with defined measurable outcomes.
Attached is an agenda for the session. I would like to review this agenda with Council
prior to the session so that there is a shared understanding of the importance of each step
in the process we will be following.
