PUBLIC HEARINGS 3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land located at 200 Somerset Street, from "R-4" Four Family Residential to "B-2" General Business classification, to permit the conversion of the ground floor of the existing two-family dwelling to a retail orthopaedic business, as requested by Orthopaedics Plus Ltd.
