Council assembles in left hallway area, Lobby Level, City Hall, no later than 6:50 p.m.
Proceed into Council Chamber as follows:

Peter Trites
Stephen Fitzpatrick
Ivan Court
Bernard Desmond
Shirley McAlary, escorted by Chief of Police Cogswell
and remain standing in front of respective seats at the Council table.
Oath of Office administered to Mayor in front of Council table.
Each Councillor individually administered Oath of Office.
Mayor McAlary to be escorted to Council table.
Councillors to proceed to their respective seats from each end of the Council table.
Mayor to call first meeting of Council to order (agenda follows).
Following Council meeting, a reception will be held in the Red Room, 8th Floor of City
Hall.
