Number 370676)11, to permit the licensing of an existing restaurant at 451 Main Street as a special premises (recreational), as requested by M.T. and The Bear Co. (b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. 8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to May 2, 1988 resolution pursuant to Section 39 of the Community Planning Act 50 that the use of the building at 357 Dufferin Row shall be limited to an inn with dining facilities, the USe of such property at the present being limited to a funeral home and it is proposed to utilize the existing building as an inn with dining facilities, as requested by Kev i n Murphy.
