3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A
two lots located at 173 Princess Street and 177 Princess Street,
from Medium Density Residential to Major Institutional classification,
to permit development of a parking lot for St. Malachy's High School,
as requested by The Roman Catholic Bishop of Saint John.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same properties from
"RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple Residential to "lL-Z'Major Institutional
classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
(d) Letter from Bishpeak Investments Ltd. re above.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at 185
Mount Pleasant Avenue East, from "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential
to "RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple Residential classification, to permit
continued use of the existing building and its enlargement by the
Knights of Pythias - a fraternal organization without a license under
the NB Liquor Control Act, as requested by Pythian Castle Company.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to Common Council resolution of June 26, 1972
relating to 10-14 Wellesley Avenue by removal of a condition of the
present "B-2" General Business zoning which requires that seVen
parking spaces be provided on this property for the doctors' offices
across the street at 84-86 Dufferin Avenue, as the applicant no longer
wishes to provide the seven parking spaces, as requested by the
solicitor for Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murray.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to conditions attached to the 1975 re-zoning of
the Thistle-St. Andrews Curling Club at 49 Dufferin Avenue by
permitting non-curling activities during the period of June 1 and
October 1, until June 1, 1997, with consideration to be given to the
conditions suggested by the applicant as well as other conditions
that Council may consider necessary, to permit non-curling activities
during the curling off-season subject to conditions Common Council
may impose, as requested by Thistle-St. Andrews Curling Club.

7. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A a lot located at 127-129 Bayside Drive, from Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit re-
zoning of the property and the renovation of the existing building for
office use, as requested by D-W Mechanical Systems Ltd.
8. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A two parcels of land located at 55-57 Millidge Avenue,
from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial classification, to
allow re-zoning of the parcels to "1-1" Light Industrial classification
so that it may continue to be used as a parking lot by Baxter Foods
Limited, as requested by Baxter Foods Limited.
