Approval of minutes (May 16 and May 18). 3. 7:00 p.m. - Proposed Street Closing By-Law amendment re Reserved Road (off Fallsview Avenue). 4. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment which would remove the Stage 2 and Stage 3 designation on Schedule 9-A with respect to a parcel of land at 2550 Loch Lomond Road, containing approximately 12 hectares (30 acres) and located on the southern side of Loch Lamond Road opposite Greenwood Street and Mallette Road, to permit re-zoning of the parcel from "RS-l" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "RR" Rural Residential classification, so that it may be developed with a subdivision with minimum lot area of 1.25 acres and be serviced by individual wells and septic tanks, as requested by Joseph E. Whelly. 5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to adopt the Millidgeville Secondary Plan and repeal the provisions of the existing Municipal Plan By-Law in conflict therewith, the Millidgeville Secondary Plan to deal with an area comprising approximtely 1,050 hectares as follows: "..delineated to the south by the New Brunswick Electric transmission corridor, to the west by the Saint John River, to the north by the Kennebecasis River and to the east by Sandy Point and more particularly as illustrated on the map below."; to establish new Municipal Plan policies that would apply to the area in question and which would provide the framework for supporting legislation such as Zoning, Subdivision and Building By-Laws. 6. 7:15 p.m. - Presentation by Mr. Arthur Pottle, President of The Boys & Girls Club of Saint John Inc. re renaming of portion of street located to south of the Club building. 7. -IS. *8A. 9. 10. 11. 12.
