(30,000 sq. ft.) parcel of land located at 135 McAllister Drive, from "p" Parks to "B-2" General Business classification, to permit the conversion of the existing single-family residential building to a professional office, as requested by The Exhibition Association of The City and County of Saint John. (b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. 6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to delete subsection (7) of Section 880 and the insertion of a new subsection (7) to read as follows: (7) "an excavation permit is valid until the 31st day of December of the year in which it was issued and the fee for such permit will be $200. in 1988, $350. in 1989 and $500. thereafter", to increase the fee for an excavation permit (1st reading given January 11, 1988).
