Approval of minutes (December 7). 3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A four parcels of land containing approximately 175 acres located north of Ashburn Road between the Saint John Throughway and Rothesay Avenue, from Low Density Residential, Open Space and Light Industrial to Heavy Industrial classification, to permit the establishment of quarrying operations, as requested by Crestwood Holdings & Realty Ltd. (b) Proposed re-zoning of the parcels designated as L.R.I.S. Re on-street parking as it affects snow removal. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a 1.2 hectare (3.0 acre) parcel of land located at 2310 Ocean Westway, from Low Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit the re-zoning of the property to "B-2" General Business classification, to permit development of the property for a union office and associated parking area, as requested by International Union of Operating Engineers - Local 946. 5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land at 1954 Manawagonish Road, containing approximately 50,000 square feet with a frontage of 200 feet and located approximately 800 feet east of the Gault Road intersection, from Low Density Residential and Highway Commercial to Light Industrial classi- fication, to permit re-zoning of the land from "B-2" General Business to "1-1" Light Industrial classification so that it may be developed for use of a corrosion resistant sealer manufacturing operation including gas tank re-manufacturing and installation and a radiator shop, as requested by Speedy Manufacturing. 6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a portion of the Clearview Mobile Home Park property approximately 80 feet x 460 feet and located to the rear of Saint John Toyota at 514 Rothesay Avenue and Sentry Motors at 518 Rothesay Avenue, from Low Density Residential to Highway Commercial classification, to re-zone this area to "1-1" Light Industrial classification to permit the addition of this property to the developments fronting on Rothesay Avenue, as re~uested by Mr. James F. Watt, Clearview Mobile Homes Ltd. 7. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A two parcels of land at 152-156 Westmorland Road, which together contain approximately 30,000 square feet and located on the corner of Westmorland Road and Northumberland Avenue, from Low Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit re-zoning of the parcels from "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to "B-2" General Business classification so that they may be developed and used for apartments and offices, as requested by Blair Construction Ltd. 8. 7:30 p.m. - Aztec Holdings Ltd., Owner, to appear to show cause by the building located at 146 Mecklenburg Street should not be removed or destroyed as a dangerous and dilapidated building. 9. 7:45 p.m. - Presentations by (1) Mr. Douglas Chiasson, (2) Mr. Dominick Eden and (3) Mr. Bruce Dennis, re South End parking (see also item #25). 10. 8:00 p.m. - Presentation by Committee for Concerned Saint Johners re cleaner air. 11.
