70 Leinster Street so that (a) the use of the property shall be
restricted to a dwelling and/or photography studio and (b) to permit
the erection of an awning over the front entranceway, such conditions
to be considered as well as other conditions that Common Council may
consider necessary, to permit expansion of the photography studio to
the whole of the building and permit the addition of a canopy, as
requested by Dr. Barbara L. Iftody.

lot with parking at the front of the lot, as requested by K. L. Mallory
Insurance Agency Ltd.
