(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. 8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone those areas around the Lancaster Plaza on Fairvi11e Boulevard, which were not re-zoned to to the "SC" Shopping Centre zone but remain zoned "1-0" Integrated Development, such areas including road right-of-way, a railway line and a power transformer, from "1-0" Integrated Development to "1-1" Light Industrial classification, to remove all of the "1-0" zoning from these areas.
