4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a parcel of
land at 3320 Westfield Road, which is approximately 2 ac in
area with a frontage of approximately 180 ft. on the east side
of Westfield Road where it meets the Martinon Bypass, from
District Centre Commercial to Light Industrial classification,
to permit the use of the property by a construction company to
store machinery, as requested by E. C. Hobart.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel from
"B-2'1 General Business to "1-1" Light Industrial classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a lot located at
86 Lansdowne Avenue, from IR-4" Four-Family Residential to IB-2"
General Business classification, to permit conversion of part of
the existing dwelling to a barber shop, as requested by Luigi
Sc i ch i lone.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
at 421 Woodward Avenue, located between Boars Head Road and
Woodward Avenue, from IR-1A" and IR-1B" One-Family Residential
to "R-211 One- and Two-Family Residential, to permit development
of a subdivision for semi-detached two-family dwell ings on a new
street with access off Woodward Avenue, as requested by S & A
Holding Ltd.

7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at

Two-Family Residential to IIIL-111 Neighbourhood Institutional
classification, to permit the construction of a Lions Club hall,
as requested by Lancaster Lions Club Inc.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to add a sub-clause (ii) to
Sect i on 620 (2) (c) as follows: i i) Notwi thstand i ng (i) above
a tavern or cabaret may be located in Westwind Place at 800
Fairville Boulevard; and renumber the existing clause (c) of
Section 620(2) to become sub-clause (i); to, while leaving
intact the limitation of a tavern or cabaret within certain
specified distances of a residential zone in the existing "1-1"
Light Industrial zone, exempt its application to Westwind Place
at 800 Fairville Boulevard, as requested by Palmer, OIConnell,
Leger, Roderick, Glennie, solicitors for Westwind Pub Inc.
