4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A
a parcel of land located on the north side of Cottage Road,
having an area of approximately 6.2 acres and being part of
L.R.I.S. Number 471078, from Light Industrial to Heavy Industrial
classification, to permit expansion of the adjacent auto salvage
yard, as requested by Merv Langille Auto Parts (St. John Ltd.).
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of
land from "RF" Rural to "1-2" Heavy Industrial classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

correct errors or clarify intent which have arisen over the
pas t year.

6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to delete Section 810(1) and
insert a new Section 810(1) to read "A group home shall not be
located on the same street as another group home no~ within
305 m (1000 ft.) of another group home in any other direction.".

7. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to Common Council resolution of May 28, 1973
affecting site IILI. of the North End Urban Renewal Scheme area,
physical design concepts, a parcel of land on the northern side
of Metcalfe Street lying between Lansdowne Avenue and the former
site of Dufferin School and having a width of approximately 111
metres (365 ft.) and an average depth of 33 metres (108 ft.)
and referred to as 295 Metcalfe Street, to permit the
construction of a building to house a medical clinic, related
parkin0 facilities and a pedestrian 1 ink from Dufferin Avenue
to Metcalfe Street, as requested by Housing & Renewal Services
Branch of the City of Saint John.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
located on the northern side of City Line and extending north
to Lancaster Street, having a depth of approximately 61 metres
(200 ft.) and having a width along City Line of approximately
129.6 metres (425 ft.) and having a width along Lancaster Street
of approximately 159.2 metres (522 ft.), having civic numbers 20,
40 and 60 City Line and 280 and 288 Rodney Street and those
portions of Winslow Street and Rodney Street lying between
City Li ne and Lancaster Street, from "P" Park and IR-2" One-
and Two-Family Residential to "RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple
classification, to permit the construction of approximately
twenty-seven dwelling units in townhouses and/or apartment
bui ldings, as requested by Mr. R. Gordon Church.

9. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to
redesignate a parcel of land at 2061 Ocean Westway, containing
2.2 acres with a frontage of 51.3 ft. on the southern side of
Ocean Westway approximately 1900 ft. west of the Gault Road inter-
section, and a parcel of land containing approximately 2 acres
with a width of approximately 186 ft., south of 2061 Ocean Westway
and separated from it by the Canadian Pacific Railway right-of-way,
from Low Density Residential to Rural classification, to permit
re-zoning of the parcel at 2061 Ocean Westway to "RF" Rural classifi-
cation, to permit erection of a barn and paddock for the lodging
and storage of horses and tack, as requested by Mrs. Marion Hill.
10. 7:45 p.m. - Presentation by Mr. Louis Murphy, M.L.A., on behalf of Church Avenue
area residents, re crosswalk between Fire Station and Post Office on
