Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at
1 Bayard Drive from !lRM-l!l Three-Storey Multiple Residential to
!lIL-2!1 Major Institutional classification, to permit the property
to be used for Chancery Administration Offices for the Saint John
Diocese of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Saint John, as requested
by The Canadian Red Cross Society.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.

Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
containing approximately 18 acres with a frontage of 680 feet on
the western side of the Lorneville Road and adjoining Second Creek,
from !lRS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "RS-2M"
One- and Two-Family and Mobile Home Suburban Residential classi-
fication, to permit the placement of a mobile home on this property,
as requested by Mr. Fred G. Haslam.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify
property located at 59-61-63 Millidge Avenue from Low Density Residential
to Light Industrial classification, to allow re-zoning of the parcel
from !lRM-l!l Three-Storey Multiple Residential to permit conversion of
the existing two-storey woodframe building to be used as offices by
Baxter Dairies Limited, as requested by Baxter Dairies Limited.

- Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify
two lots located 234 Sydney and 39-45 Broad Streets from Medium Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to allow
re-zoning of the site from "RM-l!l Three-Storey Multiple Residential to
!lB-2!1 General Business classification, which will permit the construction
of an appliance repair shop, as requested by Mr. Norman E. Smith.
8. 7:15 p.m. - Presentation by Saint John Non-Profit Housing Inc.

- Kenneth Keetch and Mary Keetch, Owner of the Fee Simple of the Renewable
Term for Years and Robert T. Alexander In Trust, Mortgagee and Midland
Transport Limited, Judgment Creditor, to appear to show cause why the
building located at 184 Britain Street should not be removed or destroyed
as a dangerous or dilapidated building.
10. 7:45 p.m. - Presentation by the New Brunswick Federation of Youth re grant to assist
in engaging a field worker to conduct Province-wide study and survey.
