Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of
land on the north side of Britain Street, formerly occupied by Neill
Printing, having civic number 7-9 Britain Street, from Medium Density
Residential to Light Industrial classification, to permit the property
to be used for industrial purposes, as requested by Mr. Howard Neill.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from
"RM-l" Multiple Residential to "I-I" Light Industrial.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
5. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land
measuring SSm x 90m, being the rear portion of land occupied by the
"Best For Less" store located on the northeastern side of McAllister
Drive, from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "1-1"
Light Industrial, to place the entire parcel of land in the same
zone, as requested by D.S.L. Properties Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. - Proposed closing of portion of Charlotte Street.
7. 7:30 p.m. - Presentation by Industrial Union of Marine and Shipbuilding Workers of
Canada re construction of oil rig at Saint John Shipbuilding and Dry
Dock Co. Ltd.
