Mayor's remarks. 4. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone property to the rear of 298 and 302 Westmorland Road, to allow an existing storage shed to be used as a horse barn, as requested by Miss Christine McCaig. (b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding proposed re-zoning. (c) Letters of objection from Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mcquade, Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Mcquade, and Mrs. Juanita A. Watson. (b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding proposed re-zoning. 6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a 12 acre parcel of land off the Cottage Road, to conform with existing longstanding use as a salvage yard, as requested by Beyea's Auto Salvage Ltd. (b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "RF" Rural to "1-2" Heavy Industrial classification. (c) Previous letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding said amendments. 7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify 16 properties to Major Institutional to place the said institutional uses in an institutional zone thereby removing them from their present non-conforming use status. (b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said properties to "IL-2" Major Institutional classification. (c) Previous letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding said amendments. 8. 7.00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to reclassify a parcel of land located on the south side of Boars Head Road, approximately 400 feet west of Millidge Avenue, containing 2.23 acres approximately, with a frontage of 210 feet and an average depth of 325 feet, to permit development of medical offices, examining rooms and related medical uses in a two-storey building containing a total floor area of 10,080 square feet, as requested by Canterbury Holdings Ltd. , ., C:--~age 2.
